Instructions:

1. Frozen. Put the plate in the fresh-keeping bags and put it in the refrigerator for more than 8 - 12 hours (Preferably at or below 0 degrees F or -18 degrees Celcius which is normal freezer temperature).

2. Pour yogurt or cream into the plate along with the desired ingredient such as fruits and nuts. Mix and flatten. Wait until it thickens then cut into squares.

3. When yogurt or ice cream is frozen, scrape and scoop it up, and enjoy this healthy treat.
